SunrisePEC/Sunrise-Eden Technology Co.,
Founded in 1994, we are SGS_ISO 9001 and Uptime Institute ATD certified Critical Environment Building and infrastructure design professional consultants.

Our specialty services include Project Management, Planning and Design, Lifecycle based commissioning, Corporate Operational Sustainability, and operation & maintenance management services for critical MEP Infrastructure for financial institution, Telecom Industry IDC, EDC IT Room, and Trauma Center, Emergency Center, and Cancer Center for medical facility.

Our vision focus on promoting human safety and performance base risk management practice for building a highly reliable and energy saving Critical Environment Building such as data center, hospital, and semiconductor fabrication plant etc., In order to achieve this goal, we shall continuously put our effort to bring USGBC-LEED for Data Center, Uptime Institute Tier Topology and AEE Lifecycle based commissioning practices to Taiwan.

A sound organizational process and to pass on technical experience
Our projects reached as far as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia. We have comprehensive organizational process and excellent technical experience. Our CEO Mr. Ben Chu owned numerous professional qualification and awards include Asia-Pacific engineer (APEC) and IEET international engineer qualification in 2005, Project Management Professional (PMI) certificate in 2006, the "First Accredited Tier Designer in Asia" by Tier Certification authority Uptime Institute in 2009. He represented Taiwan International Association of Project Management(ITPM) received the BEST of The BEST Award from PMI In 2010. He also received International Distinguished Engineer award by IBC in 2011, and ABI/IBC International Hall of Fame in 2012 and 2013 respectively. In 2014, his Tier III Cloud IDC project received Brill Award for Green Efficient IT design from Uptime Institute. In the same year, he was named IBC Cambridge International Hall of Fame as "AWCASC" World Congress Ambassador for Taiwan and received Honorary Doctorate degree.

To meet the demand of rapid development of today's science and technology; advanced IT, traditional power distribution, and sewage/drainage designs have become inseparable, and in need for system integration. In order to achieve a sound integration of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and Telecommunication systems, we have put in tremendous effort to acquire relevant technical skills, management science licenses and certifications to meet the project requirement. Led by the experienced licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) who has TaiPower Company and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project manager background, and experience, our team are confident to provide quality, efficiency, rapid customer service to ensure your project quality. In addition to computer-aided design with a completed project resource database, we are fully capable of providing a complete design package include Energy relative, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire-fighting, Access control and telecommunication(MEP/TS) for wide range of customers which include scientific research institutes, medical center, business groups, government agency and transportation agency.

We shall continue to provide the most cost-effective planning, design and supervision practice for our customers with the principle of "Steady Progress" and service-oriented to build a safe, reliable, and high-level engineering quality project.
